Why did you become a Junior Firefighter?

I choose to become a junior with Port Washington because my brother was a volunteer at our ladder company and I have always wanted to be a firefighter since I was a little kid. To see the lights and sirens always mad me happy. To this day, to feel the adrenaline rush when training or emergency help is incredible. I have also always wanted to be apart of something bigger than my self and give back and help my community!

When you are of age, will you join the Port Washington Fire Department?
